Which sensors does Elixia Warehouse use?
Wireless temperature, humidity, door and power sensors with gateways that buffer readings if connectivity drops. Existing sensors can often be integrated.
Can it handle pharma and food compliance?
Yes. Calibrated sensors, a full audit trail, excursion records with corrective actions and mean kinetic temperature reports support GDP and food-safety audits.
Which WMS flows are covered?
Inbound against ASN or PO, QC hold, system-directed putaway, replenishment and relocation, wave, batch and zone picking, packing, outbound and dock management, with cycle counting.
Do operators need special hardware?
Elixia runs on rugged Android handhelds and on regular phones with camera scanning. Label printers and RFID can be added.
How does dock management connect with transport?
Dock appointments come from Elixia Orbit trips and transporter bookings. ETAs update the yard queue, and gate and dock times feed detention in Elixia Freight.
