What data does Elixia Planning need?
Orders or deliveries with weight and volume, consignee locations and delivery windows, and your vehicle types. Elixia checks consignor, consignee and product masters before every run, and flags anything missing.
Does it replace our schedulers?
No. Schedulers stay in control: they review, drag and drop and approve. Elixia removes the hours of manual work and learns from every edit, so plans need fewer changes over time.
Which constraints are supported?
Weight and volume limits, delivery windows, product isolation (DRY, AMBIENT, CHILL), vehicle type restrictions by consignee, driver shift and TAT clip-off, multi-pickup, split deliveries, palletisation, own versus market vehicles, priorities and more.
Can it plan both FTL and PTL?
Yes. Primary and secondary distribution, FTL, PTL or both, single or multi-pickup, with return to consignor where needed.
How does it connect to SAP or our ERP?
Orders flow in through SAP and ERP integrations, APIs or a simple Excel upload. Approved plans generate orders in one click and flow on to transporters, drivers and tracking.
Can Elixia forecast demand and raise orders automatically?
Yes. For retail fuel and other replenishment networks, Elixia forecasts sales per tank or SKU for the next three days, predicts buffer-hit and stock-out times, generates orders with priority and quantity, and schedules compartment vehicles just in time within driver safety rules. Planners review and approve.
