Elixia Orbit · Multimodal control towerEvery shipment.
Every mode.
One screen.
Trucks, rail rakes, containers and air waybills in one live control tower. AI ETAs learned from your own trips, detention and dwell time calculated to the minute, and proof of delivery the moment the goods are handed over.
Stop chasing updates.
Start fixing problems.
80+ GPS vendors, SIM tracking and PTL carrier feeds in one map.
Gate in to gate out, calculated against each contract's free time.
Photo, signature, shortages and damages, checked by AI and sent to billing.
Watch a day
run itself.
This is a live simulation of real routes around , playing at speed. Trucks follow real roads; Elixia raises detention, unscheduled stops, route deviations and late ETAs the moment they happen. Select any truck or exception to open the trip.
Live demo on sample trips. Distribution routes are the solved plans from Elixia Planning, snapped to real roads; line-haul, import and export trips use real road routes into the city.
Every dock minute,
counted.
Gate in, dock in, dock out and gate out are captured at every plant, warehouse, port and customer from GPS geofences and the site app. Dwell time and detention are calculated against each contract's free time, so charges are never disputed and never missed.
Sample site data. Free time and rates follow your contracts, per site and per transporter.
The right truck,
at the right dock.
Orbit knows which trucks are coming and when. Dock management turns those ETAs into a live dock plan: reefers to cold docks, containers to the leveller, earliest arrival first, and a late truck hands its slot to the next one automatically.

ETAs that learn
from every trip.
A distance-based ETA assumes an average speed. Elixia's model learns from your own trip history: the lane, the hour, the vehicle, the driver's usual halts and how long each site really takes. It recalculates as the trip moves, so the customer hears early, and hears right.
Traffic by hour and weekday on each stretch, from your own trips, not a generic map speed.
A loaded 32 ft truck climbs a ghat slower than an empty LCV. The model knows the difference.
Usual halts, rest breaks and how long each consignee takes to unload, learned per site.
Illustrative trip on a real lane. Accuracy depends on your trip history.

Road, rail, ocean, air.
One timeline.
Most control towers stop at the truck. Orbit follows the shipment: from the factory gate onto a rail rake, a vessel or a flight, and back onto a truck to your customer's dock, with one ETA for the whole journey. Imports and exports alike.

80+ GPS vendors.
Your carriers.
Keep the devices and partners you already have. Orbit connects to them, cleans the signals and turns them into one trip timeline, whether the truck is yours, a transporter's or a parcel in a PTL network.
Elixia OrbitNormalise · enrich · predictEvery carrier says it differently.
Orbit says it one way.
Pick a carrier. Its own status text is mapped to one standard set of milestones, so a docket with any carrier reads, alerts and reports the same.

Proof, captured
at the door.
The delivery app records every step from gate in to gate out, with pause and resume, shortages, damages and excess, and a digital proof of delivery. AI reads PODs and meter readings, and site compliance is checked before a truck is loaded or unloaded.
Illustrative screens with sample data.
Catch it while
it is happening.
Set the rules once, per lane, customer or transporter. Orbit watches every trip against them, alerts the right person on the right channel and escalates until it is resolved, so your team works the exceptions, not the whole list.

Which GPS devices does Orbit support?
Orbit is integrated with more than 80 GPS vendors. If a vehicle has no device, SIM-based tracking (Elixia Track) or the driver app gives its location with the driver's consent.
How are detention and dwell time calculated?
Gate in, dock in, dock out and gate out are captured from GPS geofences, the site app or the driver app. Dwell is gate in to gate out; detention is the time beyond the free time in your contract for that site and transporter. Charges are calculated automatically and sent to Elixia Freight.
How does the AI ETA work?
It is trained on your own trip history: lane, hour and weekday, vehicle type and load, driver halts and each site's turnaround. It recalculates continuously as the trip moves and explains what changed.
Can Orbit track PTL and courier shipments?
Yes. Dockets and waybills from express, parcel and part-load carriers are tracked by API and mapped to one standard set of milestones, with ePOD.
Does it cover ocean, air and rail?
Yes. Containers, vessels, air waybills and rail rakes are tracked on the same shipment timeline as the trucks before and after them, for imports and exports.
What does the delivery app capture?
Gate in, dock in, unloading with pause and resume, shortages, damages and excess with photos, receiver signature or OTP, ePOD and gate out, each with a timestamp and location.
Which regions do you support?
Elixia serves customers in India, the UAE and the USA. Book a demo and we will confirm the integrations for your country and partners.
